Smart Cities

Smart Cities. It’s more than a buzz word; it’s a term that identifies local governments who want to use the power of connected devices to create a better environment for residents – often with significant operational cost savings as a result. By making more efficient use of a city’s infrastructure (roads, street lights, parking meters, water and waste and other physical assets) through low-level sensor data collection and analysis, cities can create and support a strong economic, social and cultural environment. Data aggregation and visualization via the Beamfly software platform make Smart Cities a reality.
